At AgenticServices, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work across our products and services.
7-day refund window. You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, provided the work has not yet started or been delivered.
1. Free Trial (AI Chatbot)
The AI Chatbot includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is taken. You can cancel at any time by emailing us.
2. Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future renewals.
- Access remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- If you are charged for a renewal and request a refund within 7 days, and the service for that period has not been substantially used, we will refund that payment.
3. One-Time & Custom Projects
- For one-time services (e.g. CRM Automation) and custom projects, a full refund is available within 7 days of payment if work has not yet commenced.
- Once development or delivery has begun, the amount for work already completed is non-refundable; any remaining, unstarted portion may be refunded at our discretion.
- Completed and delivered work is non-refundable.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation or refund, email agenticservices21@gmail.com with your name, the email used for payment, the transaction/order reference, and the reason for your request.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
