These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website agenticservices.in and the services provided by AgenticServices (“we”, “us”, “our”), a sole proprietorship operated by Ravi Kumar Maurya, Kolkata, West Bengal, India. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide AI, data, and automation services including AI chatbots, CRM automation, analytics, SEO, and custom agentic AI solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines of any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins.
2. Free Trial
Our AI Chatbot includes a 7-day free trial. No charges apply during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan at the listed price. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST, which is charged as applicable.
- The AI Chatbot is billed at ₹499 per month following the free trial.
- CRM Automation is a one-time fee of ₹5,000 for up to 5 workflows.
- Custom projects (analytics, SEO, agentic AI) are quoted individually per scope.
- Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription plans renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and any content, access, or data reasonably required for us to deliver the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any materials you share with us.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are yours to use. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how. Website content, branding, and original materials remain the property of AgenticServices.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a best-effort, professional basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as exact revenue, ranking, or traffic figures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable, subject to our Refund Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
